Membership & Paid Services
Currently, our paid services are limited. If any paid memberships, featured listings, or promotional services are introduced in the future, the following policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation of a paid service before the service has been activated or delivered. Once a service has been activated or used, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a payment is deducted due to a technical error and the service is not delivered, the refund will be processed after verification.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refund will be provided for services that have already been successfully delivered or used.
